  • Handle fraud escalation and reporting and take proper actions to assist the bank to mitigate fraud risk
  • Investigate incidents of suspected fraud, including gathering evidence within the agreed SLA
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve cases
  • Monitor and evaluate early fraud detection handling activity and propose for enhancement
Job Requirements
  • Minimal Bachelor's degreen in any major
  • Minimal 4 years experience in a fraud investigator role
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
